Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available to guests at Security, or by contacting one of our Public Safety Officers or Concierge team members. Wheelchairs are offered free of charge and available on a first come first serve basis.

Events

Group events (i.e. parties, team gatherings, etc.) must be approved by Tivoli Village Management in advance.

Media

In order to maintain an enjoyable shopping, dining and business environment for our guests and tenants, access to the Property by members of the Press must be requested through the Property’s marketing department. Please call 534-0000 for details.

Photography Policy

Photo taking for personal and non-commercial use is acceptable without notification to Tivoli Village Management. Staged photography must be approved by Tivoli Village Management prior to any scheduled shoot. Staged photography includes family portraits, wedding photos, senior and engagement portraits, or any other posed portraiture of individuals or groups by professional photographers or amateur photographers acting as professional photographers. These photos are subject to a location fee starting at $50 and signing of a waiver of liability. Commercial photography requires permission from the Management Office and may require an agreement and in some cases a certificate of insurance. Tivoli Village reserves the right to refuse any photography requests at its discretion.

Access Policy

Management reserves the right to deny access to the common areas to third parties seeking a forum in order to advance their particular cause, point of view, or opinion. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: any political activity, religious activity, commercial filming / photography, distributions of hand bills and solicitation for profit or non-profit purposes. Tivoli Village is private property, with public access. This policy is designed to provide our customers a safe, friendly and comfortable place to shop, dine and do business.

For Our Four-Legged Guests

In keeping with the experience of a true European village, Tivoli Village is pleased to foster a pet-friendly environment throughout the outdoor areas. Owners must keep animals on their leash at all times and ensure their pet’s waste is disposed of properly. Please be mindful of individual stores’ pet policies as well as abiding by applicable health codes that may prohibit animals within dining establishments. Tivoli Village reserves the right to ask pet owners to remove their pet if a risk is present.

Parking & Transportation

Tivoli Village offers complimentary Valet Parking to all guests. Pick-up/drop-off is conveniently located at the Alta Drive entrance, near the fountain. In addition, Tivoli boasts two levels of underground parking as well as street-level parking options.
