Lunch and Dinner. 11am- 9pm Tuesday- Saturday

Starts on June 2nd

 

Phase 2: Opening of the dining room

Occupancy to be decreased according to 6ft distancing or depending on the state guidelines.

Bar will be closed for patrons, only service bar is open. 

Starts June 16th

ABOUT

SeaBream cuisine highlights fresh seafood and fish using Asian ingredients, and techniques. Chef Jill Montinola uses different Asian inspired umami flavors to elevate the dishes.

Chef Jill Montinola was brought to SeaBream from Miami. Born in the Philippines, Chef Jill has left her mark on the East Coast where she perfected her craft.

Now in Las Vegas, Chef Jill will bring together all she learned and experienced to create a unique and memorable experience to SeaBream Las Vegas at Tivoli Village.
